10. Free Lunch — When Jigsaw got cash flow positive we started ordering in free lunch as a reward. We currently provide lunch for our employees two days a week, and plan to increase this perk as Jigsaw continues to grow. Eating lunch together is one of the most enjoyable parts of working for Jigsaw.
9. Fun — We play Texas Hold 'em every Friday afternoon at 4:30pm. We love poker at Jigsaw and started playing when we just had a handful of people. There are many other fun activities we do as a team, but this is my favorite.
8. Diversity — Jigsaw is like the United Nations. We hire the best people we can find and don't care where you are from or what type of lifestyle you lead. If you are great at what you do, work hard, and have a great attitude — we want you!
7. Transparency — We publish our company dashboard, including financials, for every employee to see. We believe that openness and transparency of information is critical so that every employee knows what's going on and can help drive decisions.
