Software Engineer

Skills

• Good understanding of Object-oriented analysis, design and programming
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, defect management and existing best practices
• Expertise in developing multi-tier applications using Internet technologies
• Familiar with current SQA and Web service technologies, architecture, and development
• 1-2 years of designing and developing Java based web applications a plus
• Proficient with SQL and additional scripting/program languages a plus
• HTML, CSS, Javascript and Ajax experience a plus
• Experience in multiple operating systems a plus

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science/Engineering required
• Must be extremely well organized and able to multi-task
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be analytical and exercise problem-solving skills
• Independent, self-motivated team player
• Meticulous and methodical in creating solutions
• Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
