Data Warehousing, BI/Analytics Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a software related discipline; Master's degree preferred
  • 15+ years experience
  • 5+ years management experience in complex environments
  • 10 + years of Business Intelligence/ Data Warehousing/ Analytics experience
  • Must have expert understanding and experience with building and deploying Business Intelligence and analytics applications
  • Architecture experience in large data warehouse implementations
  • Exceptional technology knowledge and experience in data warehouse methodologies and BI practices, including data management, data integration and analytics system architecture
  • Familiar with BI tools such as Cognos, Business Objects and/or Microstrategy Experience with SaaS technologies a must
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering multiple Datawarehouse/Analytics/BI platforms
  • Extensive expertise and/or demonstrated experience with business intelligence tools, designing, reporting and delivering analytical solutions; data management and warehousing, and the strategic use of information. Experience must include strong skills in research, analysis and data management
  • Provide technical leadership to help influence the short and longer term Business Intelligence (BI) roadmap and the direction of application projects from data capture through application design & implementation
  • Participate in research, requirements definition, planning, design and execution of BI projects at Enterprise level
  • Must be self-motivated and independent
  • Must be a hands-on contributor while managing a large team
  • Must be detail oriented, well-organized and able to multi-task
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
